Bio

A Senior Data Reporting and Analytics consultant for Kaiser Permanente's Health Plan Analytics and Insight team where he supports Kaiser Permanente's vision in creating a better health care experience for all through his work in the complaints, grievances, and appeals sector. Currently resides in beautiful Portland, Oregon with his wife and 6 children who keep them super busy with their extra-curricular activities. He holds a Master in Biostatistics from the University of Southern California and received a Bachelor degree in Mathematics from Oregon State University.
